The Sound Breaches

In the silence of it through the day
The world living with dead and decay
We wish for a certainty to be praised
Mock us not for the choices we made
Let it wash and run all our sins away

In a moment's pass we do find at sea
The hopeless men and the words they speak
Showing the true colors that are set free
Across space to our home blue and green
Wisps of chaos float in seven streams

In night's perilous fantasy skies
The soul dares not to dream or fly
As in this wasteland one does cry
Moon and meteors rain down tonight
Ending the conscious, ending all life

In the hour before the dawn it shows
Masking the weak, the voices, the unknown
Guide this lonely wanderer to his home
Betray to rot all the flowers on the road
Midnight light entangled and forever alone

In the last of the days that stride the few
Amidst the fire and ash, burning all they knew
The cold waters drowned all but two
The sound softly heard breaches through
As mother begins to start life anew
